Our Return Commitment

We stand behind our RC components with a 15-day return window from delivery date. Whether it’s an incompatible ESC or a helicopter part that doesn’t meet your aerobatic needs, we’ll make it right.

Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, certain high-performance items cannot be returned:
  • Opened battery packs (LiPo, NiMH, etc.)
  • Used propellers (2-blade or 3-blade)
  • Custom-configured power systems
  • EDF units with signs of operation

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name (e.g., “3D Aerobatic RC Airplane – Blue Angel”)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if item is damaged

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our RC specialists will respond within 48 hours with:

  • Return authorization number (RMA#)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Any special handling notes for RC components

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely (original packaging preferred for fragile components like propellers) and include:

  • Completed return form (download below)
  • Copy of your invoice
  • RMA# clearly visible

Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for inspection. We’ll email you with:

Refund Timeline & Methods

Your refund will be processed within 3 business days of approval:

  • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

For incorrect items or genuine compatibility issues (like motor mounts not fitting your airframe):

  • We’ll ship replacements immediately upon return receipt
